Act on Transparency and Openness in Education
The Danish parliament passed the Act on Transparency and Openness in Education in June 2002 and revised the act in 2005.
With this act, all educational institutions—including universities—are obligated to publish a range of information about their educational activities. The purpose of the act is to provide the public with easily accessible and relevant information about the content, quality, and level of the educational programs offered.
